In re: RICHARD COLFORD. DECEASED. 1. I bequeath unto my daughter-in-law- Fanny Colford, wife of my son Michael F. Colford, absolutely, the Dwelling House in which I now live in No. 45 New Gower Street. 2. I devise and bequeath absolutely all the residue of my real and personal estate and effects unto my sons Michael Francis Colford and George Colford share and share alike AND I appoint S.J.
