In re: RICHARD COLFORD. DECEASED.

This is the last Will of me - Richard Colford - of St. John’s, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Gentleman.

1. I bequeath unto my daughter-in-law- Fanny Colford, wife of my son Michael F. Colford, absolutely, the Dwelling House in which I now live in No. 45 New Gower Street.

2. I devise and bequeath absolutely all the residue of my real and personal estate and effects unto my sons Michael Francis Colford and George Colford share and share alike AND I appoint S.J. Foote of St. John’s, Solicitor, Executor of this my Will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s, this 10th day of September A.D. 1920.

Signed by the said Richard Colford as his last Will, in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
