In re RICHARD CODY. DECEASED. In the name of God Amen this 18th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty three, I Richard Cody of Fermeuse Roomkeeper, being through the blessing of God in a sound state of mind and memory do make this my last will and testament First I give and bequeath unto my son Denis my entire property in Fermeuse with the exception of half my fishing room and half the garden in front of my house which I bequeath unto my daughter Catherine to have and to hold for ever And I fur ther say that my son or daughter is not to sell or dispose of their part to any person from themselves, if so done by either it becomes the property of the other, And I do appoint Michael Moran my sole executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and sale the day and year above mentioned,Richard his X mark Cody.
