IN RE: RICHARD CAKE. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Richard Cake of St. John's, in the Island of Newfoundland
1. I bequeath the sum of Two hundred and thirty one dollars and fifty eight cents now in the Newfoundland Savings Bank and the sum of Three hundred and six dollars and six cents now in the Savings Department Bank of Montreal together with interest accruing thereon to my wife Emily Cake
2. I bequeath all the household furniture and effects now contained in the house 131 New Gower St. to my wife Emily Cake
3. I bequeath the sum of Forty dollars which will become due under agreement bearing date the 22nd October 1907 with Mr James Cake of Lamaline for the beach situated at Lamaline to my wife Emily Cake to be placed in the Bank and added to the sums stated in section 1.
4 Finally it is my wish that after the death of my wife Emily Cake the monies furniture and effects contained in section 1, 2, and three of this my last will and Testament be bequeathed to my son Stanley W Cake.
5. It is my wish that my son George R. Cake be my executor. Richard Cake Signed by the said Richard Cake as and for his last will and Testament this 7th day of May A.D. 1910 in the presence of us at one and the same time George Frederick Show witnesses Jacob Brinton
