IN RE: RICHARD BUCKLEY. DECEASED
I give to my sons Leo and Edward my two shares in the Avalon Telephone Co Ltd (one each). 2. My interest in the property NO 36. Bannerman St I give to my said wife and said sons in equal shares as tenants in common. 3. My land and houses in Gorman's Lane in St. John's aforesaid I give to my said wife and said sons in equal shares as tenants in common. 4. I have no interest in the house in which I live: it belongs to my wife. Any of its contents that may be mine such as furniture and chattels of all kinds I now give to her as her absolute property. 5. There is money in Bank in the names of Richard and Minnie Buckley which is owned by us in equal shares. My half share shall be used to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and death duties and the balance shall be divided in three equal shares one each for my said wife and sons. 6.
