Will of Richard Martin Brien

IN RE:   RICHARD MARTIN BRIEN.    DECEASED

Last Will and Testament of Richard Martin Brien of Cape Broyle Ferryland Dist. N.F.L.D.

I, Richard Martin Brien, of Cape Broyle, Ferryland District, Newfoundland, being of sound mind, do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath to Patrick Rossiter - my stepson - my dwelling house, Stable, Cellar and the land on which each is situated. Also the Kitchen garden and meadow adjoining the above residence. I give and bequeath to the above Patrick Rossiter all that piece and parcel of meadow and uncultivated land situated near "North Pond River", the grant of which is at present in my possession. Further, I give and bequeath to Patrick Rossiter all that piece and parcel of uncultivated land situated near "Fletcher's Hill" the grant of which is also in my possession. Also all the Cattle, farming implements, and all other sundry articles in my possession. Also any other land or property that may fall into my possession.

I hereby appoint Thomas Walsh of Cape Broyle to be the sole executor of this my will.
