In re Richard Atwill deceased. In the name of God Amen. I Richard Atwill a native of Devonshire do make this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my wife Eliza Atwill all my real estate all my goods and chattels all moneys or debts due to me or accruing to me from what source soever, and further declare her to be sole executrix to this my last will leaving her sole rule and management the use and disposal of all and every property of mine as to her shall seem fit and expedient. As witness my hand and seal in Freshwater St. John’s Newfoundland this twenty first day of October eighteen hundred and eighty October 21st 1880.
