Will of Rachel Breaker

In re: RACHEL BREAKER DECEASED.

this is the last Will and Testament of me, Rachael Breaker, of St. John’s, Widow. I revoke all former wills and testaments by me at any time made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I appoint my daughter, Florence May Evans, Executrix of this my will. I bequeath all property, goods and effects whatsoever of which I may die possessed to my Executrix in trust

(1) to pay thereout all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses
(2) to pay to my son, Stanley Breaker, the sum of Two hundred dollars
(3) to pay to my daughter, Emma Parsons, of New Jersey, the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars
(4) to divide the balance equally between my said Executrix and her children in equal parts share and share alike.

Witness my hand at St. John’s this Fifth day of July, Anno Domini, One thousand nine hundred and twenty one. RACHAEL her X mark BREAKER Signed Published and declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament, who in the presence of the Testatrix and of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (having been first read over to the Testatrix and explained in our presence) B. GOODLAND. W. C. KAVANAGH.

This is a Codicil to my last will and testament. I bequeath my bureau in my bedroom to my friend Tabitha Newhook who has nursed me free of charge during my illness. RACHAEL her X mark BREAKER Signed published and declared by me this 29th day of July A. D. 1921 in the presence of the undersigned who in her presence and the presence of each other have subscribed their names as witnesses. (having been first read over and explained) THOMAS E. COLLETT.
