In re     PATRICK CAUL deceased

    In the name of God Amen     I Patrick Caule Sr of Portugal Cove Road Farmer do make my last will and testament I give and bequeath to my son Patrick Caule Jr all my personal property my Farm situated on the Portugal Cove Road also the Forest land situated near the Farm of George Cook Esq. my house and chattles i also give to my son Patrick Caule Jr     to my son John Caule I give the sum of 1 shilling to my son Thomas Caule one shilling to my son Michael Caule 1 shilling and to my daughters Bridget Elizabeth Annie Ellie and Katie I give the sum of one shilling also to my daughter Mary 1 shilling I declare this to be my last will and testament     Signed by the testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other here by subscribe our names as witnes     Patrick his X mark Caule     William F. Murphy     Patrick Gladney     Dated at Portugal Cove Road this ninth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
