The last will and testament of Patrick Hynes of St. John’s Newfoundland Decr 16th 1881 I do hereby leave and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary all my property and effects with a small sum of money that is in the Union Bank. and at her demise or before it she may dispose of it as she please Signed Decr 16th 1881.
