Patrick Kenna deceased. I Patrick Kenna Petty Harbour Road Saint John’s Farmer do make my last will and testament in presence of the undersigned witnesses. In the name of God Amen First i bequeath my soul to God my body to the earth I bequeath to my wife Bridget Kenna and my youngest daughter Annie Kenna all my property consisting of what land i hold in possession a dwelling house one horse with cart and harness and all my farming utensils to hold or dispose it as they think most advantidous to themselves. testator Patrick his X mark Kenna.
