In re PIERCE FEEHAN: DECEASED. I Pierce Feehan of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Planter declare this to be my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Bridget all my real and personal estate of which I may die possessed or entitled to to hold to her and her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever, subject to the condition that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall in the first place be paid out of my said estate and I appoint Henry Renouf of Saint John’s and my beloved wife Bridget executor and executrix and trustees of this my last will and I hereby revoke and make void all former wills and declare these presents to be and contain my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said testator Pierce Feehan have to this my last will set my hand and seal this sixth day of May Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine, 1869.Pierce Feehan (LS) Signed sealed published and declared by the said Pierce Feehan as his last will and testament in presence of us Hy Renouf, Mary Feehan.
