In re PHILIP WILLIAMS. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Philip Williams of 33 Parade Street, St. John’s, Newfoundland. 1. I appoint John H. Williams, of st. John’s Hardware Clerk to be my executor and trustee of this my last Will and Testament. 2. I hereby revoke and cancel any Wills or Testamentary dispositions heretofor made by me. 3. I leave to my said executor my house on Parade Street, St. John’s, and all other property real or personal whereof I may die possessed, to hold the same IN TRUST for the following purposes, namely: FIRST: to hold the same to the sole and absolute use of my wife, Selina Williams for her life, if she shall survive me. SECOND. Upon the death of my said wife, or is she shall not survive me, to hold the same and invest the annual income arising therefrom, after providing for necessary repairs and expenses, for my grandson Philip Owen Williams, until such time as my said grandson shall come to the age of twenty one years. THIRD: to transfer the entire property, including the invested money above referred to, to my said grandson Philip Owen Williams, upon his attaining the age of twenty one years, for his sole and absolute use and benefit. FOURTH: In the event of my said grandson Philip Owen Williams dying before he attains the age of twenty one years to transfer the whole property to my son Robert for his sole use and benefit. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s this 14th day of November 1917. P.
