In re PHILIP TREE. DECEASED. I Philip Tree of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland being of sound mind do make this my last will and testament as follows,First I give and bequeath to Ann Tree Widow of the late Francis Tree during her natural life time all those premises situated at Ferryland owned by me and leased to Mr. Robert Carter Junr and at the death of the said Ann Tree I give and bequeath the said premises to Ann Hart wife of George Hart. Second I give and bequeath to Ann Hart wife of George Hart a certain dwelling house and premises with all the land attached thereto, being about seven acres, owned by me situated at Caplin Bay lately occupied by John Power, also all that property owned by me leased to Thomas Ryan and also all that property leased to Michael Hearn both lots situated at Caplin Bay Third, I give and bequeath to my nephew John Munn my trunk and clothes I hereby appoint George Hart of Saint John's Mariner to be my sole executor to this my will dated 19th July 1848.
