IN RE: PHILIP DOYLE. DECEASED
This is the Last will and Testament of Philip Doyle of Petty Harbour in District of St. John's West in the island of Newfoundland. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Nora four acres of land situated at the Goulds in the aforesaid district one fishing Room situated at Petty Harbour one Dwelling house and stable one horse carts and all that appertanieth thereto one fishing Boat all of which are to be my wife's property until her death at which time the herein aforesaid property shall be equally divided between my two sons James & Michael provided that my daughter Mary Elen is to be cared for while she remains unmarried. And provided that should my wife Nora be in want she might at any time sell any or all of the herein aforesaid property to provide the necessaries of life.
In witness hereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at Petty Harbour This twenty third day of May A.D. one thousand nine hundred & five. Philip x Doyle Signed & declared by the said Testator as and for his last will & Testament in the presence of us who in his presence & the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses William Pridham Mrs Ellen Pridham John x Kenedy
