Will of Peter Windsor

In re PETER WINDSOR. DECEASED.



This is the last will and Testament of me Peter Windsor of St. John's N.F.L.D. retired Gentleman.

First I direct that all my lawful debts be paid, also funeral expenses.

Secondly That all my property real and personal, that is the property at Aquaforte Known as Brands Estate also property known as the Glen property, also on the South Side of New Harbour known as New Lake, and also the property at St. John's known as the Jenning's Estate and the house and yard on Victoria Street no. 27 at present occupied by myself and daughter Clara, with the furniture and everything in the house to me belonging, the whole of which I wish to be equally divided between my nine chi ldren four sons & five daughters and

thirdly that I appoint my two sons John and Henry to be the executors of this my will.

St. John's Newfoundland May the first Anno Domini eighteen hundred and ninety five.

Signed, Peter Windsor as for my last will and testament.

April 1st 1900. I also now include the cottage and grounds which I have bought since I made this my last will to be added to the above, also what money may be in the Savings Bank at the time of my demise.
