Mobile February 19. 1898 I Peter Quirk do solmly asert that I am in my right mind and I do lave all the Land I am owner of on the Thors Cove road to my son James Quirk. Dwelling House & stable and what ground I am owner of in Codsquin Cove half the Fishing room to James and The other half to my son Danial Quirk And my wife Bridget Quirk is have the use of the house while she lives she is to have the use of my Bed while she live and my son James is to have it after also my horse and car and two sheep is also the Property of my son James Quirk The Fishing Boat also is for my son James Quirk Peter Quirk his cross x witness Thomas Kennedy witness Edward Murphy witness James Kennedy
