In re: PETER JOSEPH POWER. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Peter Joseph Power of Mullock Street, St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland, Stevedore, made this 15th day of January A.D. 1924.

I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

I appoint my wife Hazel Mary Francis Power to be the Executrix of this my last Will.

I give and bequeath all my furniture, stevedore gear and all my other property of every description and wheresoever situate unto my said wife.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my last will and testament.

Signed published and declared by the aforesaid Peter Joseph Power as and for his last will and testament in our presence both being present at the same time who in his presence and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
