Last will of Peter Martin In the name of God Amen the sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine I Peter Martin of Torbay in the Central District of the Island of Newfoundland being weak of body but perfect in mind and memory thanks be to God, do make and publish this my last will and Testament that is to say I will and bequeath to my daughter Annie Hickey my dwelling house and all my land

I hereby utterly revoke and disannul all and every other former testament and conforming this and no other to be my last will and testament in witness of I have set my hand and seal.
