In re: PETER DeCARTWRIGHT. DECEASED.

St. John' Newfoundland

This is the last will and testament of me Peter DeCartwright of St. John', Newfoundland. I herein leave to Mrs. Yard House No. 14 Lime Street to be occupied by her free of rent, the ground rent only to be paid by her during the term of my lease.

I herein give and devise all the remainder of my estate and effects, real and personal, of which I may die possessed or entitled to, unto my clergyman Rev. Jacob Brinton of St. John' Newfoundland to be used by him at his sole discretion. I herein appoint Rev. Jacob Brinton sole executor of this my last will and testament. I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils. Peter his X mark De Cartwright Dated this 19th day of April 1915. Signed by the testator in the presence of us, both present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses, Patrick Fleming. A.B.
