Petition of Joseph Perry of the Drook, Trepassey Bay 

 

To the Honorable the Supreme Court or to one of the Honorable the Judges thereof.

The Petition of Joseph Perry of the Drook, Trepassey Bay in the Southern District, Planter

Humbly shewth as follows:

1.That Rose Perry late of the Drook of Trepassey Bay in the Southern District died at or about the 26th day of August last, intestate, leaving her surviving her husband (your Petitioner) and sons and daughters.

2.That said deceased at the time of her death was possessed of property in her own name in the Commerical Bank of Newfoundland amounting to $400.00

3.That your Petitioner is leaving Saint John’s to go to his home in the Drook, aforesaid.

4.That no probate of any will nor administration has been granted to any person.

Petitioner therefore prays that administration of the Estate of said Deceased may be granted to him or to one of his solicitors Sir J/S Winter, Donald Morison or Harrison R. Hayward.

And as in duty bound your Petitioner will ever pray & c.

Dated at Saint John’s this 13th day of June A.D. 1892.
