In re: PAUL HAMLYN. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me Paul Hamlyn of Saint Johns in the Island of Newfoundland Carpenter I give devise and bequeath all property of every description whatsoever both real and personal of which I may die possessed to my wife Phoebe Hamlyn and I hereby appoint my wife Phoebe Hamlyn to be the Executrix of this my last will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the said Paul Hamlyn have hereto subscribed my name this tenth day of February Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven.
