         Patrick Tobin deceased

St. John’s Newfoundland June 6th 1864 Patrick Tobin his last will and testament In the name of God Amen     I bequeath my soul to God my body to the earth rottenness and worms I bequeath to my sons William and Martin all my property consisting of a house farm and all utensils belonging to it both inside and outside that is on the conditions of supporting their father and mother while they are living and being obedient to them and also supporting their sister Elizabeth while she remains unmarried and obedient to them they are to have no control over me nor nor no claim on the property untill after their father’s death and they are also bound not to let sell or mortgage their part unless from one to the other Patrick his X mark Tobin-     James his X mark Murphy.     Michael Treacey.
