In re: PATRICK SQUIRES. DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Patrick Squires, of King’s Bridge, St. John’s East, Fisherman.
I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my daughter, Georgina Dunn the Executrix of this my will.
I will and direct that my just debts and my Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be first paid out of my Estate.
I give and bequeath to my said daughter Georgina my leasehold Messuage No. 70 Portugal Cove Road, together with all the household furniture and effects therein, for her own use absolutely.
I give and bequeath all my fishing property at Quidi Vidi, including my fishing room and my motor boat to my sons John and Edward in equal shares between them.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John’s this Fourth day of November A.D. 1921. PATRICK SQUIRES.
Signed Published & Declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof.
