In re PATRICK McGRATH: DECEASED. In the name of God Amen. I Patrick McGrath of Saint John's Dealer do make publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament To the Roman Catholic Bishop for the time being of the Diocese of Saint John's I will and bequeath that land and appurtenances situate on the Beach at the corner of the King's Road and Duckworth Street and held by me under grant from the Crown to be held by the said Bishop in trust for the use and benefit of the Roman Catholic Church of said diocese subject to the condition and charge of having one High Mass annually celebrated for the repose of my soul The remainder of the term and residue of my interest in the land and dwelling house I now occupy and live in on the Kings Road I will and bequeath to the Benevolent Irish Society of Saint John's- All the rest residue and remainder of my lands chattels monies and effects I will and bequeath to my sister Catherine I appoint John Tarehin and Joseph I.
