In re: PATRICK HEALEY. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Patrick Healey of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Fisherman.

I give, devise and bequeath to my dear wife and daughter Mary my land situate on the North Side of Casey Street with the four tenement houses thereon during the life time of my said wife, and after her death I direct that the said land and premises shall be equally divided between my children, John, Sarah and the said Mary.

I give, devise and bequeath the land and house now held by me under lease from Brazil’s Estate situate on the South Side of Pleasant Street, said house being numbered 13 to my daughters Sarah and Mary and I hereby appoint my said daughter Mary sole executrix of this my will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this fourteenth day of October Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and three. PATRICK his X mark HEALEY

Signed published and declared by the said Patrick Healey by making his mark thereto, the same having first been read over and explained to him in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto signed our names as witnesses.
