In re PATRICK DALTON. DECEASED. In the name of God Amen. I Patrick Dalton of St. John*s Farmer doth make this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say after my death my plantation to be sold and all my effects and goods I may possess one third of said effects I bequeath unto my wife Allice Dalton and one third I bequeath unto my daughter Judith Dalton I bequeath one third of said premises unto my daughter Ellen Dalton after my funeral expences and deabts shall be paid the said house & garden situate at River Head South Side also for three Masses for my soul and I do hereby constitute and appoint Mr. Michl Harding of St. John*s and William Steers said place executors of this my last willsigned sealed and declared as and for his last will by the said Patrick Dalton in our presence also in his presence and at his request leave hereunto put our names as witnesses having been first read and explained to him.
