Will of Patrick Casey

In re PATRICK CASEY. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Patrick Casey of St. John’s Newfoundland Farmer. I give and bequeath all my property both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall die possessed or entitled to to my executors hereinafter named in trust for my executors in the first place out of the same to pay my just debts and funeral expences and then to apply the residue and the interest thereof as they may deem best for the support and maintenance of my wife Mary and after her decease to pay her just debts and funeral expences and should there be any left my executors are to divide the same between my son and daughter. I appoint William Brazil and William M. Bearns executors of this my last will. St. John’s Newfoundland, September 12th A.D. 1873.
