Will of Nicholas Hayes

In re: NICHOLAS HAYES. DECEASED

This is the Last will and Testament of me Nicholas Hayes of Saint John’s, Newfoundland Cooper

First I direct that all my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be paid

Second I give devise and bequeath to my nieces and nephew Annie (now of Boston Married woman) John Kelly and Bride Kelly children of my sister Alice (wife of Thomas Kelly) all the Estate lands houses property goods chattels money and effects of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate or being to which I now am or may hereafter be or become entitled To hold the same unto my said nieces and nephew absolutely for ever

I appoint my brother in law the said Thomas Kelly to be the Executor of this my will. Dated at Saint John’s this nineteenth day of April Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and six Nicholas Hayes Signed Published and Declared by the said testator as his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence and the presence of each other, all being present at the same time at his request have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses the day and year aforesaid Fredk A Mews Solicitor John T Hickey Clerk to D. J. Greene
