IN RE: NICHOLAS DREW. DECEASED
In the name of God, Amen this is the last will and testament of me Nicholas Drew of Bay Bulls Customs officer I will and bequeath to my executor hereafter named all my property of every description which I may die possessed of
First to provide a decent and respectful funeral for my remains Second I bequeath to my executor Daniel Joseph Greene the sum of Five dollars to purchase a pipe as a small token of my regard for him
Third I bequeath the sum of Five dollars to buy a pipe for my old friend Mr Henry Le Messurier a small taken of my appreciation of his many acts of kindness towards me
Fourth the remainder of my Estate I bequeath to the Parish Priest for the time being for Masses for the repose of the souls of my Father Mother sisters brother and myself and I appoint the said Daniel Joseph Greene Executor of this my last will and testament Saint John's Newfoundland this 13th day of May A.D. 1907 Nicholas Drew signed published and declared as in our presence Frank Roberts Jno T. Hickey
