IN RE: NEHEMIAH SHEPPARD. DECEASED
I Nehemiah Sheppard of the City of St. John do hereby make my last will and testament as follows: I give the Reverend R. P. McKim the sum of Fifty Dollars. I give devise and bequeath all the rest of my property Estate goods and chattels monies and effects to my sister Mrs Eliza Dunlop in trust for and to be used for the benefit of my mother Mrs Louisa Sheppard
I do hereby appoint the Rev. R. P. McKim Rector of St. Luke's Church St. John Executor of this my last will and Testament. (sgd) Nehemiah Shepperd. Signed. Sealed and Published and Declared by the above named testator Nehemiah Shepperd as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us the undersigned who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other all being present at the same time have signed our names as witnesses thereto this fourth day of March A.D. 1911.
