In the
Estate of
Nathaniel Tucker, deceased. In the name of God amen I Nathaniel Tucker farmer of Broad Cove in the electoral district of Saint John’s west in the Island of Newfoundland do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament To my son William Henry Tucker I give devise and bequeath that portion of my property which is situated on the both sides of the Tolt road and containing in all about six acres of land cleared and uncleared which portion I have already allotted to him and which he now holds in his possession. To be his sole property for ever. The remaining portion of my property near the Tolt road, on the western side, and to the north of that bequeathed to my son William Henry Tucker consisting of about three acres cleared and uncleared together with the whole of my meadow lands and gardens, including the dwelling house barns and outhouses thereon erected situated on Broad Cove Hill; also a small piece of waterside property situate on the north eastern side of Broad Cove proper and all other properties that I am at present in the possession of I give devise and bequeath to my son Nathaniel Tucker to be his sole property for ever. Dated at Broad Cove this 19th day of October Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and three. Nathaniel his X mark Tucker. The Testator having first declared this to be his last will and testament affixed his mark thereto in the joint presence of us who there upon signed our names in his and each others presence Charles R.
