Michael Walsh deceased. In the name of God Amen I the undersigned the testator do hereby bequeath to my son Walter Walsh after my death all my property that is my Farm with all the stock and farming utensils belonging to me on condition that he cannot let sell or mortgage the property without all his family being satisfied Signed by the testator Michael his X mark Walsh. Witnesses Michael Treacy, Farmer, William Sinnott, Farmer. Both of Kilbride Saint John’s Newfoundland October 16th in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.
