In re
          Margaret Cullen deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Cullen of St. John’s Widow.     I give devise and bequeath all my property situate of Pennywell Road consisting of house and land and also all other property of which I may die possessed to my only surviving son Patrick Kelly, Fisherman, forever.     Margaret her X mark Signed by the said testator in the presence of us and in the presence of the said testator have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the last will and testament the same having been first read over and explained to the testator The said Testator signed by affixing her mark.     Geo.
