IN RE: SELINA HOWE. DECEASED Last Will and Testament of Selina Howe.
This is to certify that I, Selina Howe, of St. John's, Newfoundland, Widow, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament.
(1) I give and bequeath to my Nephew Harold Fisher McCoubrey, the sum of $1,244.02 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Forty-Four Dollars and Two Cents) to be used - or as much thereof as may be deemed necessary for his education; the balance, if any, to be given to him on the attainment of his twenty-first birthday.
(2) I give and bequeath to my Niece, Pauline Anna In the name of God Amen. 1923.
In the event of my death, I Mary Selina Howe, of St. John's, Nfld now residing in Montreal Canada for a time, with my nephew Robert carl McCoubrey to have an equal share with Harold Fisher McCoubrey, his Brother, & of Pauline Hanna McCoubrey, his Sister of said Robert carl McCoubrey, of St. John's, Newfoundland.
My Will & Government Debentures also Bank Book of Montreal Canada been now in the hands or care of A.A. Parsons Esq. Superendent of His Majesty's Penitentiary, St. John's Newfoundland. MARY SELINA HOWE. August 19th 1923.
