Will of Mary Selina Howe

IN RE:   SELINA HOWE.    DECEASED

Last Will and Testament of

Selina Howe.
This is to certify that I, Selina Howe, of St. John's, Newfoundland, Widow, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament.

(1) I give and bequeath to my Nephew Harold Fisher McCoubrey, the sum of $1,244.02 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Forty-Four Dollars and Two Cents) to be used - or as much thereof as may be deemed necessary for his education; the balance, if any, to be given to him on the attainment of his twenty-first birthday.

(2) I give and bequeath to my Niece, Pauline Anna Fisher McCoubrey, the sum of $1,245.02 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Forty-Five Dollars and Two Cents), to be used - in whole or in part, or as much thereof as may be deemed necessary, for her education; the balance, if any, to be given to her on the attainment of her twenty-first birthday.

(3) I appoint Alexander A. Parsons of St. John's, Newfoundland, Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

(4) In Witness whereof, I, the said Selina Howe, set my hand and Seal hereto this 20th day of March, A.D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nineteen. SELINA HOWE.

Signed, sealed and delivered by the said Selina Howe, as and for her last Will and Testament, in presence of us who, in her presence, and in the presence of each and other, and at her request, have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.

In the event of my death, I Mary Selina Howe, of St. John's, Nfld now residing in Montreal Canada for a time, with my nephew Robert carl McCoubrey to have an equal share with Harold Fisher McCoubrey, his Brother, & of Pauline Hanna McCoubrey, his Sister of said Robert carl McCoubrey, of St. John's, Newfoundland.

My Will & Government Debentures also Bank Book of Montreal Canada been now in the hands or care of A.A. Parsons Esq. Superendent of His Majesty's Penitentiary, St. John's Newfoundland. MARY SELINA HOWE. August 19th 1923.
