In re: MICHAEL LUNDRIGAN. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Michael Lundrigan of Peters River but at present of St. John’s Planter after the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath to my daughters Marcella and Eta all my property of every description with the exception of the furniture and contents contained in my dwelling house the old meadow half the land up the river the two outhouses on the Beach of Mandevilles and D. Lundrigans the cattle sheep horse farming implements one cod trap and five cod nets which are the sole and absolute property of my wife Annie I give and bequeath to my wife Annie the sum of one thousand dollars lent by her to me.
I appoint my said wife Annie Executrix of this my will Nov 26. 1908 Michael his x mark Lundrigan signed Published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (The same having been first read over and explained M.P. Gibbs Marguerite Hackett
