IN RE: MICHAEL P. CASHIN. DECEASED
I Michael P. Cashin of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland hereby revoke all former Wills Codicils and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this my last Will and testament.
1. I appoint my wife Gertrude C. Cashin & my son Lawrence V. Cashin to be the Executors of this my Will.
2. I direct my Executors to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses.
3. I leave to each of my sons at my death Forty thousand dollars each.
4. I leave Five Thousand dollars to be invested at the best possible interest and the receipts to be paid yearly for Masses for my soul.
5. I leave One Thousand dollars to Mount Cashel Orphanage. One Thousand dollars to Belvidere Orphanage. One Thousand dollars to my Secretary Miss Hettie Horwood. I leave to each of my sisters One Hundred dollars per year for life. I leave to the just poor of cape Broyle One Hundred dollars per year for Ten years.
6. The balance of my Estate I leave to my wife Gertrude C. Cashin & after her death to our three sons Peter Lawrence & Martin to be divided equally between them. MICHAEL P. CASHIN. Dated at St. John's 15th day of November 1925.
