Will of Michael Neill |
In re MICHAEL NEILL: DECEASED. This name is spelled Michael and Micheall in the will, and Michael in the will index. The probate year given in the index is 1834, presumably this is an error as the will was not written till 1861, and it is in the index for the year 1871.
May the 25th In the year of our Lord 1861, I Michael Neill of the Portigal Cove Road being through the blessing of God in a sound state of mind and memory but calling to mind the frail tenure of life and that it is appointed to all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament With respect to my worldly estate I give bequeath and dispose of it in the manner and proportions here following I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife and son Patrick Neill but he is to support his mother
