Will of Michael Kelly

In re MICHAEL KELLY. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Michael Kelly, fisherman of Ferryland in the district of Ferryland and in the Southern District of Newfoundland.

I give devise and bequeath unto my second son Martin Kelly his heirs and executors all my property & land at Cold east Point Ferryland bounded by White's Property on the north west on the north east and east by the waters of Caplin Bay and on the south west by the waters of Ferryland harbor together with the house and all property thereon.

To my eldest daughter Elizabeth Folley wife of Thomas Folley of Caplin Bay. I give devise and bequeath all money lying to my credit in the Savings Bank Department of the Bank of Montreal St. John's

In witness whereof I the said Michael Kelly of Ferryland have to this my last will and Testament set my name this 25th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four Michael Kelly. Signed by the Testator and acknowledged by him to be his last will and Testament in presence of us, present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
