IN RE: MICHAEL HARTERY DECEASED
In the name of God Amen I Michael Hartery being sick & Infirm in body but of sound & perfect memory thanks be to god Do make this my last will & Testament I do bequeath to my niece Matilda Hartery that strip of land bounded on the S. E. by Catherine Hartery's land & on N.W by Michael Hartery's land From the road leading to Edward Hartery's house to the main line Also that meddow willed to me & Edward Hartery by Cornelius Kelly Bounded by John Briens house on the S.E. & on the S.W. by the harbour road & on the N.W. by John Carews land & on the N.E. by Stephen Briens land to be equally divided between Edward Hartery & me And I also bequeath to the said Matilda Hartery my share of the chair mines
Declaring this to be my last will & Testament making void all former will made by me Given under my hand this 29th day of April 1906 Michael his x mark Hartery witnesses Cornelius Hartery Edward Harty Peter Brien
