In re: MICHAEL FLAHERTY. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Michael Flaherty of Logy Bay in the Island of Newfoundland farmer being of sound disposing mind and memory. I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Margaret Kelly all my real and personal Estate of which I may die possessed to have and to hold during the term of her natural life and at her death Ten acres of land will go to my nephew William Kelley which ten acres of land is bounded as follows on the north by land owned by John Salmon on the west by land owned by John Cook, on the south partly by a public bog and partly by land owned by the Testator, and on the east by the public Road.
The remainder of my estate I give and bequeath to my sister Margaret Kelley for her sole and separate use for ever and I hereby appoint my sister Margaret Kelley to be sole executrix of this my last will and Testament St. Johns August 22nd 1891 Michael His x mark Flaherty signed published and declared by the said Testator by affixing his mark as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto, having been read over and explained F.H.
