Will of Michael Fitzgerald
In re MICHAEL FITZGERALD. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Michael Fitzgerald of St. John’s In the Island of Newfoundland Butcher. I give devise and bequeath all the property of every description of which I may die possessed of to my beloved wife Mary Fitzgerald And I appoint my said wife Mary Executrix of this my will. Dated at St. John’s this 10th day of May Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and eleven. MICHAEL FITZGERALD.

Signed by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Robert Alsop. George T. Carty.
