In re MICHAEL CULLEN. DECEASED. I Michael Cullen of Torbay being weak in body but of perfect memory do bequeath unto God my soul and to the earth my body. The little property I am owner of I do bequeath unto my three sons Moses, John and Michl Cullen, unto Moses the land on which his house is built bounded on the southward by Michl Ryan*s land on the eastward by the Torbay Road on the north by Sinnott*s land and on the west by the woods, unto John the Woodland between Moses and Sinnott and unto Michl my youngest son the house and land I now hold in possession neither of my sons are to sell, mortgage or bestow sd property but have the use of it while they live and after their decease fall into the next heirs possession who are to have there living on it and continue so for ever.Given under my hand Torbay this 26th April 1851 one.
