Transcriber's Note: This name is spelled Aylward, Ealward and Elyard in the
will and Aylward in the will index. In re Michael Aylward deceased. Memorandum of some remarks which Mr. Mickl Elyard wishes to be put down. It is his wish that all his property shall be left to his wife & daughter Mary Ann. Mr. Phil Elyard brother of the aforesaid is expected to pay £10.0 currency about the last of October next.
