Michael Aylward deceased.

Memorandum of some remarks which Mr. Mickl Elyard wishes to be put down. It is his wish that all his property shall be left to his wife & daughter Mary Ann. Mr. Phil Elyard brother of the aforesaid is expected to pay £10.0 currency about the last of October next. Mr. Mickl Burke to see all the above to be performed. Mickl Ealward his X mark St. John’s Feby 10th 1861. Witness, Michl Burke, Witness, J.W. Jackson.
