IN RE: MATTHEW THOMAS POWER. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Matthew Thomas Power of St. John's Newfoundland and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint and nominate my beloved wife Catherine Mary Power my sole Executrix. I give devise and bequeath to my said wife all my estate of every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate for her absolute use and benefit. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I hereunto subscribed my hand to this my last Will and Testament this second day of April Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty five.
