In re: MARY ANN TOWN. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Ann Town of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland widow. 1. I hereby revoke all former wills and Testamentary dispositions by me made and declare this to be my last will and Testament. 2. I will and direct that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall first be paid out of my Estate. 3 I give and devise and bequeath all my property goods chattels and effects of every nature and kind soever unto my niece, Louisa Ann Northfield to hold the same unto her absolutely and for ever. 4. I hereby appoint my said niece Louisa Ann Northfield sole Executrix of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-eight day of June Anno Domini one Thousand nine hundred. Mary A Town Signed by the said Mary Ann Town as her last will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses W J Edgar S. D. Blandford.
