In re: MARY TOBIN. DECEASED First. I will and desire that my executor hereinafter named and appointed shall pay all my Just debts funeral and testamentary expenses Secondly. I give devise and bequeath to my sister Catherine at present Mother Mary Joseph Carbery a Nun in St. Patricks Convent Riverhead Saint John's all my right title and interest in and to all that land dwelling house shop and premises situate on the corner of Prescott Street and Military Road in Saint John's aforesaid together with all its contents consisting of household furniture of every description and kind To Have and to Hold the same in her own right free and clear of any claim or demand whatsoever together with the stock in the said shop that may be there at the time of my death. Thirdly. it is my will and desire that upon and after the death of my said sister Catherine all the above bequest of said land dwelling house shop furniture and stock in trade shall go and become the property of my niece Mary Ellen Walsh of Saint John's daughter of the late James and Ellen Walsh for her sole use and benefit for ever Fourthly. I hereby nominate and appoint the Very Reverend Dean Ryan of Saint Patricks to be my Executor of this my last will and testament. Lastly. I hereby revoke and declare void all former wills that may have been made by me.
