In re: MARY SHAMLER. DECEASED Codicil This is a Codicil to the last will and Testament of me Mary Shamler of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow. It is my will and desire that should my said daughter Minnie be comfortably married at the time of my decease or within two years of the same, the building belonging to the estate of my late husband Comprising dwelling house and sail loft shall be sold and the proceeds of such sale divided between my two sons Bright and George share and share alike In witness whereof I the said Mary Shamler have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty third day of March Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and five Mary Shamler Signed by the said testatrix as a Codicil to her last will and Testament in the presence of us who, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto Charles H.
