In re: MARY SHAMLER. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Shamler of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland widow: I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Minnie all my share in the Estate of my late Husband John Shamler and all moneys and properties of all kinds whatsoever that I may die possessed of for her sole and separate use and free from the control of her husband should she at any time marry. And I hereby appoint my said daughter Minnie Executrix of this my last will and Testament. Codicil This is a Codicil to the last will and Testament of me Mary Shamler of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow. It is my will and desire that should my said daughter Minnie be comfortably married at the time of my decease or within two years of the same, the building belonging to the estate of my late husband Comprising dwelling house and sail loft shall be sold and the proceeds of such sale divided between my two sons Bright and George share and share alike In witness whereof I the said Mary Shamler have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty third day of March Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and five Mary Shamler Signed by the said testatrix as a Codicil to her last will and Testament in the presence of us who, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto Charles H.
