In re: MARY ANN ROBERTS. DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Roberts the wife of William Merefield Roberts of Blake and Wilton Farms in the Parish of Saint Germans in the County of Cornwall Farmer I appoint my said husband and my son William Henry Mortimer Roberts (hereinafter called by Trustees) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will And I declare that in the interpretation of this my Will the _expression "My Trustees" shall where the context permits mean and include the Trustees or Trustee for the time being hereof whether original or substituted
I bequeath all my watches Jewels trunkets personal ornaments and wearing apparel to my daughter Hilda Sophia Merifield Roberts I devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate both real and personal unto my said husband during his life And from and after his decease I give devise and bequeath the same as follows namely All my share estate and interest in an estate known as "Ellis Estate" situate in Saint John’s Newfoundland unto my said adopted daughter Hilda Sophia Merifield Roberts for her own absolute use and benefit And all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate unto my two sons William Henry Mortimer Roberts and Richard Arthur Roberts in equal shares I revoke all former wills In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fourth day of July One thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
