Will of Mary Ellen Ray

In re: MARY ELLEN RAY. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Ellen of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland married woman. I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate.

I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Mabel wife of John Callahan my dwelling house and all other property of every description whatsoever of which I may die possessed, and I hereby appoint my said daughter Mabel Callahan to be the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty fourth day of June Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and five Mary Ellen Ray Signed by the said Testatrix as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us, who at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Charles H. Emerson Lucy Burton
