In re: MARY QUIRK . DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Mary Quirk of St. John’s Newfoundland Widow and I revoke all former wills by me made I appoint William S. McGrath (my brother) executor of this my will

(1) I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Annie Lawlor and my grand daughter Nellie Lawlor in equal shares as tenants in common the dwelling house now partly occupied by the said Annie Lawlor together with the land thereunder and adjoining between said dwelling and Maxse Street and between said dwelling and Monkstown Road

(2) I give devise and bequeath to my son James Quirk all that piece of land with the erections thereon situate on the south side of Maxse Street and west side of the lane dividing this piece of land from my other land

(3) I give devise and bequeath the residue of my estate to my son Thomas Quirk

In witness whereof I have set my hand to this will this 20th day of May 1913.
